Everything You Need to Know

Creative Edge Decor offers a 30 day return policy. Any requests for returns, exchanges, or refund must be received within 30 days from the date of shipment. If any of the mentioned requests are not received within the allotted timeframe, the items will not be processed for authorization.
Any items returned due to Purchaser/ Buyer error {including remorse, wrong item purchased, or anything that is not a case of Seller error.} Purchaser will be solely responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to the distribution facility.
Products can only be returned if they are in New Condition and all packaging, parts, and labelling are in place. If the item is missing any packaging, parts, labelling, or the item shows signs of use, the item is then considered USED and a credit will not be issued.
